Everyday operations are DACH: Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Vienna and Zurich. Other European cities are arranged by concierge — a written quote, not instant book. There is no French-language site.

Vehicle Rental & Leasing
The published fleet is nine hand-built VIP Van suites (Mercedes V-Class), one Sprinter VIP, a photographed Mercedes S-Class (S 580 e) and Maybach, plus premium SUV class on request. Other executive chassis are confirmed on the written quote — we do not invent a metal that is not assigned.
We offer flexible rental periods starting from a single day. Long-term leasing arrangements of 6, 12, 24, or 36 months are available with custom terms. Contact us to discuss a package tailored to your specific timeline.
Yes, all our rental vehicles come with comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance. Additional coverage options are available depending on your requirements and the rental duration.
VIP vans, the Sprinter, S-Class and Maybach travel with a chauffeur. Self-drive is not offered on those classes. SUV class may be discussed on the quote if a self-drive arrangement is appropriate.
Until you accept a written quote, you may withdraw the request at any time. After acceptance, the confirmation states the free-cancel deadline, included waiting minutes, and no-show fee. If the quote is silent, our Terms apply: free cancel more than 72 hours before start; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Waiting beyond the minutes on the quote is billed as extra time.
Absolutely. We offer flexible delivery and pick-up across Germany — to your office, hotel, airport, or event venue. Delivery logistics are coordinated as part of our standard service.
Chauffeur Services
Every CROMAN chauffeur undergoes a rigorous selection process including background checks, driving assessments, and professional etiquette training. They are selected for punctuality, discretion, and presentation — the qualities that matter most to our clients.
Yes. We offer hourly, half-day, full-day, and multi-day chauffeur arrangements. For corporate events, conferences, and tours, we provide dedicated chauffeurs who remain on standby for your entire itinerary.
Yes. Our chauffeur service operates around the clock, including early-morning departures and late-night arrivals. We monitor flight schedules in real-time to adjust pick-up times automatically.
Events & Staffing
We support a wide range of events including corporate conferences, product launches, trade fairs, galas, award ceremonies, brand activations, private parties, and promotional campaigns. Our services scale from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard staffing requirements. For large-scale events or specialised roles, 6-8 weeks is ideal. However, we understand that timelines can be tight and will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes. We coordinate outfit and branding requirements as part of our staffing service. Whether you need staff in your corporate colours, branded attire, or formal dress code, we handle sourcing, fitting, and on-site presentation.

We offer several partnership models including vehicle supply agreements, event collaboration, fleet management partnerships, referral programmes, and white-label mobility solutions. Each partnership is structured to create mutual value and long-term growth.
There is no strict minimum fleet size. We evaluate partnership opportunities based on vehicle quality, reliability, geographic coverage, and alignment with our service standards. We are open to working with boutique operators and large-scale fleets alike.
